Here in AZ we have a wind advisory today with winds of 45 mph later this afternoon. While I think about the obstacles associated with using a bike for commuting, wind appears to be another one. With a Honda Shadow Aero, what would be the max winds that you would drive in? Lots of opens spaces here in the desert with blowing sand as the winds kick up so it is a real concern. Good thing is that I could stay off the highway and take the back roads.
This also happens to be my third newbie post

Watch the gaps between buildings, fences and hills or coming out around the stack. You can catch a sudden funneled cross wind that you have to counter and stop countering very quickly.
