I saw this post
homemade drag bars
and I was wondering if anyone had problems with drag bars, aftermarket or homemade hitting the tank without any risers etc? any help is appreciated ty
btw i have an 83 shadow vt500

I've got a set of aftermarket drag bars on my 83, I had to get risers in order to clear the tank.

are they dogbone risers? and what height did you get?
