Smile Howdy!

I just bought my first bike. It is a A.C.E. 1100 and probably a bigger bike than I should be learning on but I am a big guy and couldn't get my toe under the shift lever of my girlfriend's 250 so, here we go.

I have long dreamed of riding and after years of having one reason or another not to take the plunge I finally have run out of excuses. I have a wonderful woman in my life, she is also new to this forum (redheadrebel), that has been with me every step of the way through taking the MSF course and even sitting at the DMV to get our licenses. She spent countless hours helping me find my bike and doing research. I probably would not be riding yet without her.

Anyway, Hi everybody. Thanks in advance for helping this newbie out.

Behind every man there's a good woman, as the saying goes. Welcome to the forum and hope to see a photo of your bike soon. As always and above all...ride safe.

Thanks everyone. Sorry I am so long replying. I am still trying to figure out how this place works and it has been a busy week traveling and stuff.

Welcome, It sure does make things easier when wife is into it. I've been riding for 5 years and just recently got the wife on the bike. I think she liked it. Only time will tell.

Lets see a pic of that ride.
