I bought my 05 Honda Sabre new back in 05. Have been tweaking / adding things to it ever since. Most recent addition was the HD batwing. It has been on for a couple of years now. Still working the bugs out / trying to finish it.

I still have a few gaps between the fairing and the Sabre front end to fill. I carried duct tape for the 1st year after I installed it just in case something fell off. No problems so far. I need to change out some hardware for stainless. I bought a Pyle marine radio with 5 1/4 marine speakers. Speakers were crap. Used HD speakers that I got with the fairing. Installed a Dakota Digital hidden antennae inside the fairing. Reception is good in town but won't pull in anything once out in the sticks. Good thing radio has a USB port.

It was very easy to mount. I used a heavy duty windshield kit from National Cycle (it was a scratch and dent from JP Cycles). All of the other mounts are just plate steel.

Welcome. Nice job with the fairing. You should post and detail what you did for the speedo relocation. Many members would like to see that as it tends to interfere with putting a fairing on.

I tried to re-use as many Honda parts as possible to help keep costs down. I do have a rather lengthy write up with pictures. I did a bunch of research prior to trying this.

Since I am new here, is there a place for build threads?
