Default I might be addicted

How many bikes is too many?

New 2002 Spirit 750 owner as of yesterday, but this makes bike #2 in the garage.. I can't be the only one with this disease right?

Looking forward to joining in on the conversations and of course asking questions to all of you

But I have two more posts to go so I'll leave the rest of the intro to them lol

cheers

Definitely have a problem. My brother inlaw is seeking me his 1994 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 to me for $500. I can't pass that deal up. It gonna be my fixer upper. Lol

Pretty sure I've come down with a touch of that addiction myself. Early in 2010, I bought a 2007 Shadow Spirit 750 new off the showroom floor. Love at first "Vrooom!" Anytime I wasn't riding it during that first year, I was fairly consumed with showering my baby with all manner of bling, toys & mods.
Then, toward the end of summer 2011, an incredibly sweet opportunity appeared (as if by magic) for me to acquire the `03 Sabre 1100 you see in the pic below. Only 9250 lovingly maintained miles on her & yes, I snapped her up on the spot.
I know I meant it truly when I said I was in love with the Spirit 750 from the very start, but when I got that VT1100C2 between my legs and in an instant found myself cruising smoothly down the highway at 70mph - well, shoot, I damn near went into rapture!
So, now I've got 2 bikes - 2 Shadows, no less. Of course I can only ride one at a time, which means that all too often the Spirit gets left to languish in my garage, on the battery tender. I guess the smart thing to do would be to sell the Spirit, `cause I'm retired and not even remotely close to being an independently wealthy guy. But that sweet Spirit is still virtually a brand-new bike and............oh well.......(sigh).............I guess I really don't have to make that decision today & besides - I wanna ride!

had an uncle that rode with the Scorpions out of Dallas in the 60s and 70s. He never had less than 5 bikes in his garage at one time and never complained about needing any more or any less.

never to many bikes if you got the room, there are 7 days in a week, so as long as you don't have more than 7 can ride a different one every day LOL
