new owner of two shadows

Hello, my name is Ken. I just bought an 86 shadow 500 and will be buying an 04 shadow 600 tomorrow.

The 500 is not starting for me. It has a bad battery. It has spark when jumped, air filter is new, but no fuel. I am in the process of cleaning out the petcock and carbs. Also needs tires and fork seals. 13k miles.

The 04 needs a battery and some surface rust buffed out. In great need of tires. Needs seat cover.14k miles.

Anyone want to throw out opinions on what good prices are for these?

These are not my first bikes, I currently also have a 2004 honda 599(cb600f or hornet), 2003 honda nighthawk 750, 2001 kawi ninja 250, 1992 honda elite 50 scooter, 1984 honda elite 250 scooter, 1977 garelli grab sport moped, and a 1984 honda arc 3 wheeler.

I just sold my 2005 Suzuki boulevard and missed the cruiser style, hence the shadows. I really would like the new shadow 750 rs, looks great!

That is really hard to say without seeing them and also would depend largely on your location.
