03 Honda Shadow Spirit 750

This is my first motorcycle.

Nice blank canvas. Mine looked very similar to that last October when I got my first bike. I thought to myself, "It's such a nice looking bike. I don't need to do anything but ride it". Then I realized that I can't leave anything alone. Might as well give in to it.

I am curious, what is that in the center of your handle bars? Looks like a stereo or something similar.

Another question for anyone or everyone.

When I am looking for parts on my bike it wants to know if it is a:
2003 VT750CDA
2003 VT750CDB
2003 VT750CDC
2003 VT750CDD
2003 VT750DCA
2003 VT750DCB

How do I find that out? Vin Number?

I can tell by looking at it, it's the VT750DC. Whether it's the A or B may depend on the VIN.

This is a VT750CD

I believe the Spirit models are DCA and DCB, with DCB being the one with flames.
