Default Question for bigger riders

I'm 6' 260 and I have a Shadow Spirit 750. I feel like I should be sitting back about 6". Does anyone around my size feel like this? Ii love the bikee and I was wondering if more forward bars might feel better since I can't move the seat back...or can I?

The Spirit comes with a bar that's almost straight to begin with. You might find some risers that don't lean back, or go with ape hangers.

For the feet, moving the pegs forward 4" is one solution I've heard of.

I'm 6'3 and feel the same way. Putting on a taller bar (in my case, a Santee Bonanza ape/Z) and just leaning back a little did wonders. Next, I'll be extending the forward controls by about 6" for a better fit all around.

i am 6-1 360 and put scoot-mods 6" forward controls on mine - love it!...ebay $150...handlebars are drag style so they are a tad more forward (no reach at all see pix in signature)

Thank you for you input. I was thinking about bars but changing to risers w/o any pullback seems smarter and way more economical.
