William Seward here. '84 VT700c. I bought it for $400 a few years ago. It had been laid down, but at slow speed. I only had to replace the handlebars, head light, and a turn signal. It was missing one side cover, and a replacement was too hard to find, so I fabricated one from plastic. It's running pretty good now and I'm enjoying it.
