Hello Everyone, I just Picked up a 2004 Shadow Sabre Yesterday and I'm Looking forward to Next spring.I joined the forum to try an get as much as possible out of my new ride. I've been riding vintage bikes most of my life and before getting the shadow my next newest bike was a 1977 xs 650.I do notice that the shadow takes a bit to warm up especially now in upstate NY in Nov.The previous owner has done nothing to the bike except add slip ons which I don't really care for(there the cheap Roadhouse discontinued model). Through the forum I hope to find out what everyone is doing as far as pilot, main jetting, setting air mixture ,easiest way to syn carbs, which after market exhaust works well, basically getting the shadow to run as good as possible(I'm sure it's jetted lean from the factory). Also which suppliers have the best products for our bikes. I look forward to meeting many of you and hopefully there's some shadow/Sabre guys close by Syracuse. Regards David
