I entered "VT600 service manual" into Bing.com and found an large number of sites that had it. Shadowriders has it too.

I have the same bike. This is for a 1997 but a lot of the stuff is the same. Please let me know if you find one for the 1994 600 VLX.

man sorry guys, under the technical section there is the manual for the 97. I'm downloading a manual that I think is for the 94. I'll let you know if it is or not. Anyways, this is my third thread so wohoo!
