no guy in houston needing parts

hello all i have a 01 shadow spirit 750 and my tank started leaking around the pitcock nipple

so i took it off and found a crack around the base of the nipple now i am fairly good with a mig but evedently i didnt clean the metal good enough because the welld wouldnt hold and the metal being so thin ended up blowing holes that i dont feel like welding up then i notice that the threads on the nipple are damaged from the grinder so now i am in need of a non leaking tank

if any one has one for cheap please let me know i need one asap since this is my only mode of transport right now it doesnt matter what color of if it has dents my bike isnt beautiful anyways as long as it doesnt leak i will take it

yes i saw all the ones on ebay but i cant see spendin more than 100 bucks or so for a used tank

You might feel it's ridiculous, however, before this protocol there was tons of spam, various types of porn, erectile dysfunction ads, and the list goes on and on. In exchange for spam free serving new members are required to post three threads. It's three threads, you aren't being asked to post up a new version of War and Peace for goodness sakes.

i also belong to vn750.com the kawisaki vulcan 750 forum and the vulcanriders.us forum they both have the same kind of policies but each reply doesnt have to be approved by a mod or admin do i really look like a spammer to you i am asking for help finding a tank not spreading word of useless info and porn sites

You are counting posts. As indicated in the message you received when you first came here as well as by myself, it's three threads, not posts.

What happens on other forums has no relevance to what happens here, other forums can have as little or many requirements of their new members as they like.

well every time i try to post on another thread it tells me im not allowed yet
and i see no need in starting two more threads that will just take up space on the forum expecially when only one person has offered any help since i started this thread
