Since I'm at work I'm gonna try to figure out the phone app.

My husband has a bad knee and was having a hard time with it on his Victory. I rode with him quite a few times but became increasingly concerned about my weight added on top of a heavy bike and quit going out with him. He finally had to give up his Victory and look for something lighter. After trying out a few different bikes he brought home an 07 Honda Shadow Spirit. I fell in love instantly and when I sat on it the first time I claimed it for myself and told him "This one is mine, you'll need to go buy yourself one!". He was so excited that I would ride next to him that he quickly agreed and bought another one about 2 weeks later. The very next week I took the MSF course and got my license immediately after the class. It took me awhile of riding around the neighborhood even after the class but now I'm comfortable going everywhere.

Forgot 2 things - thanks everyone for the warm welcome and also we're from St. Louis, Missouri and ride with the Eternal Riders, St. Charles Chapter of the Christian Motorcyclists Association (CMA).

Thanks guys! I love my bike, as I'm sure everyone here does. I've got the riding bug really bad and I'm very bummed that I started riding so late in the year. Spring won't get here soon enough!
