Hi fellow Shadow riders

Hi,

I live in the Chicago area and have been a Shadow rider for 13 years now. I have a 1999 Honda Shadow ACE 1100 (VT1100C2). I recently bought a Valkyrie and now have to decide whether I want to own 2 bikes (a V-Twin and a six cylinder) or sell the Shadow. Decisions, decisions. In any case it will not be easy to part with my Shadow if I do decide to go that route.

It's not so much a question about owning a few bikes as it is a question of how much room there is between you and the neighbor for a bigger garage.

Welcome to the forum! I would think on that one awhile! I've sold bikes in the past that I wish I hadn't!

yes, it's a tough one. One bike means I can park in the garage, two bikes means my car parks outside. In Illinois, that can be a bit of a problem in the winter...

I would love a 3 car garage, or even a 2.5 car garage. But that would cost more than the bikes themselves...

Yeah, no doubt about that. Love the handling and speed of the Valkyrie. However, I do like the V-Twin sound.
