Fixing help and someting about me for intro 3

I gess about me first. I am stuck in the bottem end of kansas. I have a tendency to get hurt and not notice so. I currently have a sprand ankle with no clue as to how. My projects are a 72 Ranchero 500. 89 Yamaha Warrior 350. 81 Kawisaki kdx175. 82 Hondamatic cm400a. 1980 Honda xl250s.
The Hondamatic was part of the trade with the shadow. The two dirtbikes I traded a paintball marker for. The warrior I got some time back on a trade. the Ranchero ive had for 2 years now.

Now for the shadow help. As sad in an other post thay are both 85 vt700.
I would like to know the torqu specs for the head bolts. And how the timing should be.
And how do you remove a striped out clutch.

Sorry for the length but might as well make use of this safty feture.
