I've looked into replacing the rear sprocket , however , I'm not sure if I want to spend any money into it just I sell it down the road

I would like to keep it just because I don't think I will be able to find another bike with such low miles (2100) for the price ($3000) .

If the vibration you're talking about relates to the handlebars where your hands hold on there are weights in there you can play with. Unscrew the left hand grip cap and you'll see a weight bar inside the handle bar. It's hard to solve vib problems this way.
Or, if the vibration is the handlebars start shaking at higher mph sometimes if the head bearing is screwed down too tight it causes "headshake".

Regarding your sprocket switch - I'm pretty sure it's a fairly inexpensive mod. Probably less than $50. I'm switching mine out sometime this year and from my pricing projections, that's about where it should come out for me. Might be different for the Spirit though I don't know.
