Walt is really cool if you have ever talked to him. He does welcome all no matter.
There's a ride today & next Saturday that goes through Grass Valley; though this doesn't have anything to do with Walt. I hear the tri-tip BBQ is good after the ride though. I'll run a new topic if anyone is interested - I know a short notice. Looks like wife and I will go along for the tri-tip and support the kids. I believe it's a 55 mile ride.
But yeah, chatted with Walt a couple times. Friendly fella and likes to be like anyone else - good folk that is.

That sounds like it would have been fun, I had a PGR Mission in Sac and a escort to Dixon today, started out just fine then about 4 mi from house the Sabre died, had it towed to the dealer in G V for repairs, was taking it in next week anyhow for service and new rear tire so it worked out ok, just hated missing the mission.........John
