Sorry I did not see your message sooner. Have been out of touch for a couple of weeks. Just checking intermittently and not paying real attention.

I like the swing wings. Not for short legged guys though. I have to stretch to reach them on the Spirit or the VTX. I am 5'9" tall with a 27.5" inseam.

Would not get them for you only riding pegs. Sure would not substitute them for a crash bar and bar mounted pegs. Kury Longhorn dually's give you much more flexibility for position and comfort.

One dump even at now speed or slow speed will cost you 5-10 times the cost of the engine (crash) guard.

I use the swing wings on long trips just as an alternative to the bar pegs. Just a different position. If you are a short person take the reach for the swing wing when it is out into consideration. If you are 6'0' or taller I don't think you will have a problem with them.

    Bobby

Hi I saw you had the Kuryakyn Swingwing pegs and I was thinking abou getting them. Do you like them? I was thinking of getting them instead of crash bars and highway pegs do they provide enough room to stretch out? Thanks for you help!
