We might be around the same age because my first bike was a new 1974 CB450K7 Candy-Orange. I put a lot of miles on it and wish I still had it. And 35 years later I am back in the saddle again for the first time. I am 60 now. I just bought a 2009 Shadow Spirit VT750C2. Happy riding!
