Just saw your message, sorry. If I rest my ruler on the pipe right where the 2 goes into 1 it's almost 4.5 inches to the bottom of the passenger footpeg. Also, further back, the top of the megaphone is almost right in line with the top of the axle bolt - in the middle of the wheel.
