Sorry for my replying, totally missed the message. You've probably done something by now, but here are my thoughts.

I love the raised seat. I added a full inch to my position. Thighs are slopped just a few degrees and the ankles are barely forward of the knees. Makes it easy to apply pressure to the pegs and move around on the saddle. The additional foam and gel do make a big difference. Being able to move fore and aft helps. It'll never be the comfort of a touring saddle, but the RS is a roadster and needs the flat seat. I'd like to move the bars up by the same amount.

Let me know what you've done. If done anything yet, I recommend Boss Hogg, if you want to go with a rework of the stock pan. You get some additional width and more of the old school flat seat.

How do you like your new seat on the RS? What kind of difference are you feeling on the ride, posture and overall fit and finish?

I am considering getting one, but yours is the first one i have seen out there. is the raised seat height making it more comfortable? I like my RS but finding that my knees are still too crunched and i don't very much like the stock seat. So am hoping that this would be a more comfortable seat, increasing height as well to make it less of a crunch on the knees.

Please let me know your feedback. i am considering having boss hogg make me one!.
