They are leatherlyke bags and they are great. Solid, waterproof and durable. They are more expensive than some of the cheaper ones out there but come with everything you need and are custom fit to mount (with quick release) properly. For the other cheaper ones you have to either make custom brackets or pick up a set of easy brackets. I highly recommend.
