hey, i am interested in learning more about your 2 into 1 carb conversion as i have been trying the same thing and would like to know how you did it as i am getting fuel starvation to the rear cylinder. i have a 1999 aero shadow vt1100 motor with a harley cv carb. thanks.... WRMDOVR
thanks for the info. I came across an old honda 750 where the guy converted it from 4 carbs to 2 which looked really bitchin. I was wondering if that could be done with the shadows setup of 2 down to 1. What do you think? Foresee any problems that may effect engine performance or life span.
Sorry I just saw your message, for the vt500 I ordered 2, 52 mm pods off of ebay, I had to trim some of the seal for them to fit but was pleased in the end, however i never ever figured the jetting out. I just tried alot of different jets and never got it right. A guy on here told me he got his dialed in with a dynajet kit and I'm getting ready to try that soon.
