Side panels are sick I will check out Bluecollarbobbers.com for them. How did you extend the bottom header for the exhaust?

@ RnysShadow... You have to ublot the rear then cut right before the seat pan. I did mine with a grinder. Leave enough for the rear taillight tho.

@jimnfor ..i got a 97 VLX and just took off the exhaust...looking to wrap them but was surprised at how thin the rear exhaust pipe is compared to the front. Did you wrap them ?

The seat, side covers, and rear fender came from Bluecollarbobbers.com. The pipes are stock/cut off. Carb had to be rejetted of course. Air cleaner, some place online. The bars-craigslist. Removed the front fender/brake/speedo/turn signals. Most of the stuff can be done one at a time without putting the bike down for several days.
And thanks. Let me know if you need anything.

thanks man, not too many fans of bobbers on this site, lol. The clutch lever is factory, relocated the hi-beam switch and horn button on the left side. The grips and single cable throttle are Avon/Jackhammer, bout $20. Moved the start button down under the tank on the left side. Still not sure if that is a good place for it, I fumbled for it a couple of times this weekend. Hope this answered your questions, if not let me know, I can ramble some more, lol
