what i was told ,they CAN pull you over and issue a citation for them,but the trooper said that its unlikely,just that it could happen,depending on officer/trooper..if they arent factory lights she said they were illegal to use though.
thanks..as does your neons...sad thing is,i found out from the state police that were not allowed to run ours even on a steady burn while operating on public roads..they say its a distraction to other motorists..no,more like the fkin cellphones are the distractions..these would be for more visibility so they see us bikers at night.
