I try to solve the basic problem of air breather exhaust of twin carb VT500 , cause of narrow angle and so super narrow space there.
Here's the basic setup for exhaust /air breather (2 carb) CMIIMW.
Actualy, I used 2 elbow , first for the left carb exhaust ( after market filter)

and the second one for right carb (I used VT750 air filter box but you must customized the box hole)

and the global setup is like this

hi would really like to talk to u as i am to doin all work myself, like ur intake set up the covers is that stock tranny with custom covers, im kinda doin retro sport bob want guys to say thats one custom ass bike, vt700 front swap is comin, hit me up so i can pick ur brain bout things n no wont copy u, and i was workin on custom forward controls usin stock equip but also usin vt700 parts cause there longer

Hii nice to meet you Nondo, How R U there. Actualy the best exhaust (when I borrowed from my friend) is Jardine Megaphone but expensive and no longer production, The second ones is Vance and Hines. But.. There are so expensive (especialy in my country). The third is Cobra H Davidson, Still expensive. Super trapp, nice, elegant but Out of budget. then I tried to make an exhaust from originaly pipe

. And I put a lot of Glass wool to avoid "over barking' (without glasswool , the sound like a broken glass) . Im not sure cause this project not copletely yet . But I will record and put on Youtube.thanks and The Black Knight say hello to you
