Hey I'm really sorry that I haven't answered this earlier but I have just only seen it, plus I haven't been on this forum for a while...
As for your question, if you only do the holesaw & baffle mod, you shouldn't have to make any other adjustments.
But in saying that, Honda do run these fairly lean and you might think about adjusting the idle mixture out a 1/4 of a turn to see if it makes the bike a little smoother.
But this isn't necessary if you only do the mod and it runs and feels fine.
