All "unit" engines (trans/engine using the same oil) are wet clutches. Has nothing to do with adjustment of cable freeplay but the chart you posted did say 3/8"-3/4' of free play.

Didn't quite get the kickstand down in the garage. You can hold a Valk for abuot 1 sec, and they go down very quickly. I got practice how to right a Valk all by myself. Still breathing heavy 3 mos....

No hydraulic clutch. Good old cable operated. How much freeplay do you have at your clutch lever? You shoulld have a1/2"-3/4" at end of the lever.

Sorry but a stock filter and Uni are opened on both ends that was I was making my post on. Didn't know K&N was different. Maybe this explain the oil puddle do to over oiling. Yeah thats it! :lol:

I put about 25,000 mi. on mine riding two up 80% of the time. When I sold it last year the springs seem to be getting a bit soft/worn to me but still seem fine one up.

Make it a 2x12 and add some rails AND THEN GET SOME BUDDYS TO HELP LIFT THE RAMP. Seriously a hill or ditch works great. Thats how I loaded the ZR7 when I sold it and a 2x8.
