Agreed, although I like black bikes, thatís a nice red.

Damn it! You all are making me reconsider painting her with all these compliments/comments. Originally I was planning trying to just go with black flames over the red but I'm worried about trying to strip the clear coat off the tank without damaging the base coat.
Also I'm hoping someone else enters the contest this month. Nobody really likes winning by default.

you dont have to strip off the clear to paint flames on it. Just sand it lightly with 600 grit paint flames over the existing clear and then clear over it. id lean more towards pearlescent ghost flames myself. Any decent painter can put flames on that without hurting the existing paint

I dig that color too!!

Don't ruin it with too much black. That's the going thing now, but I think Blacked out bikes are boring.
