Go for it! @enforcer76 is running them, he was happy last time we talked about them. He is lighter than you but runs 2 up a good bit and puts lots of miles on the same bike.

My 2013 RS came with Dunlops which I was happy with. I changed them back in July with about 14000 miles on them. The rear was pretty worn and the front wasn't much better. I went with Michelin Commander II's and couldn't be happier so far. My commute is 34 miles each way, half of which is highway with speed limit of 75 mph,other half city stop and go traffic. Plus many trips up the mountain on the twistys and these tires still look brand new. I have not had any traction issues in any weather( although it only rained twice since I put them on)!

Which Dunlop tires came with your RS if you don't mind me asking ?
