Told her Goodbye

Last Saturday was a cold and rainy day. It was even colder when I placed my hand on her tank and said goodbye to Nao. She was elegant and mean, and I will miss her. I left her there in the garage and rode away on a Goldwing.

You'll appreciate the "Road Sofa" so much more. Nao will be a very distant memory soon.

One of the good ways to say good bye to a bike.

Hopefully some day this happens for me as well.

The Goldwing is a fantastic machine. It'll do things that you could never dream of, on your old sled. A new scooter is just like a new woman...spend some time with her, and you'll forget all about the old one...

GoldWing. Nothing else needs be said...

You're going to love the Wing. Nice looking one too. I also keep a Shadow when I feel like slow cruising around on the back roads. I like a little variety.

Have been riding continuous since 1962.

Thanks a bunch @smurfy71 , @Spiritman , @h13man , @blue flames , @Cerberus , @blupupher , @gat803 , @ARH . I wish I could have kept her, but needed her for a down on the new one. Gold is a little different, but I am sure I will get to know her intimately soon. Yours looks nice @gat803 . The color is actually registered as "Blurple" and changes with the light.
