Rain, rain, rain, rain, rain......

Aaaaaargh, anyone else sick of this weather?!?!

We have been having back to back thunderstorms and rain for days...

I always check doppler radar on the internet and use that method instead of listening to wrong TV weathermen.

I really really really wanted to ride my Aero 750 into work this morning, but wisely checked the radar, even though the TV weathermen were saying, "overcast, clouds, humid, maybe a stray shower". Sure enough, the radar showed a boatload of thunderstorms and rain heading towards Virginia (...yet again).

Anyone else having withdrawls from riding due to the bad weather?

I'll trade you. If I had started this thread, it might say, "Crunch, Crunch, Crunch, Crunch, Crunch." Everything is dead. But then, if it weren't for days on end of 100 degrees plus, it would be GREAT for riding...

As long as I can get to work dry, I'll ride.

I threw my back out again, 5th time this year. Man I wish I could ride in the rain. Missed alot of riding this year and I'm startin to get cranky about it. I suspect if Denise's back was out, she would make her husband pick her up and put her on the bike so that she could ride to work.

LOL!!

I only wish I could ride as much as Denise. I don't own a rainsuit (yet), but will get out there and ride in the rain ...carefully. I just have to get myself more confident with riding in bad weather.

Butch. we're gettin it too.

but for me, besides the fact that I'm landlocked thru the weekend while the bridge on my driveway gets fixed, I'm glad to have the rain. it's been so dry for so long and we really need it. all th green is turning brown. and worries of the water table getting low. don't want to lose my well. So hold tight it'll pass soon enough.

It's been so hot and dry lately that I've started hoping it would rain on the ride home.
