Columbia Titanium Baselayer (thermals): well worth the money

Picked up some at Gander Mountain last week, and have some 50 degree riding with them.
They are kinda pricey (I gave 40 bucks just for the bottoms), but they are incredibly warm. They're windproof, and breath so you don't sweat in them. The thermals are very thin (not like that stuff we used to wear), and you really can't tell you have them on under a pair of jeans. I did about 120 miles in them at 50 degress without chaps and my legs stayed toasty.
Well worth the money in my opinion.

What happens when you go inside a restaurant with them on? Do your legs get too hot? I can take off my jacket, but not my pants......

Thanks for the post.

No, they're quite comfortable. Like I said, they breathe so you don't get overly warm in them.
