Fictional town!
It's a local nickname for a wide spot in the road.
No stoplights nearby, nor traffic lights.
Just one sign on the two lane that says, for some reason, Resume Speed.

( The real Resume Speed is in Montana.I like that one, too. )

I live out in the hills, between Philpot & Bells Run and Redhill.
East of Panther.

So far out in the sticks, that our mail is delivered twice a month by a Druid priest riding a burro.

I know where Philpot is. Ive never heard of the other names. I'm not too far from there.
