North Carolina has to be one of the best states to ride in, at least top 5.
Hwy 276 from Waynesville to Brevard has been the best yet to me. Then the BRP is second to none, but, not as tight and curvy, but the views there are fantabulous!
Cherohala skyway is great also
Moonshiners 28 is awesome too!
The Dragon is great fun, yet short.
Hwy 215 near Maggie valley and Waynesville is super fun too, we did a loop of it with 276 and the brp, just freaking fantastic!

There are some.fantastic rides in Wisconsin. Here are a couple of my favs:
35-great river road north along the Mississippi River. Scenic with lots of swooping curves.
Bluff road in Whitewater.

Any road in the kettle moraine area.
Devil's lake area is fantastic as well!!
