Electrical

For some reason my wires from my altornator are runing hot i have no clue about electrical on bikes. If some one knows why please leave a comment.

Remind us old guys what bike you have.

The wires may be warm as it charges the battery. The regulator gets hot also as it controls the charge rate. Check the 3 yellow wires at the connector to the regulator since they are well known to burn the connection.

I have an 03 ACE and yes the 3wires at the connection is burnt. What can i do?

Most eliminate the plug altogether and just solder and shrink wrap, or use good crimp connectors on the three yellow wires. Do a search in the box at the upper right "3 yellow wire connector" and you'll find more info than you'll need to know.

I too recommend splice, solder and heat shrink tubing but if you want a new three wire connector;https://4into1.com/locking-connector...-series-3-pin/.
