Help! wiring/blue collar bobbers front light bar issue

So I just got in the front light bar for my 2012 shadow phantom. I watched the video and even tho I am not mechanically inclined I wanted to attempt to do it.

I followed step by step and it worked when I was trying it during the install. After I was done and it was all bolted up(looked great) I tried it and the running lights weren't working but the signals were.

I decided to call it a night and figure that out later since the signals were still good. 3 days later I went out to ride to work and when i turned the key nothing in the gauge cluster worked(speedometer, n light, etc) at all!

I tried starting the bike and it did start fine, but it was running different, so i realized the cobra fi2000 was not working since it was backfiring and felt like it was lagging.

Not sure what I did here so I parked it back in the garage and removed the light bar, and now Im here....

Basiclly, what the hell did I do and what do I have to do to fix this??
