Fresh meat

Good morning, afternoon and evening. New fella here and new to riding. I got my endorsement on father's day and picked up my first bike a couple of weeks after. 2015 shadow 750 phantom. It's a real looker and a blast in the saddle. I look forward to meeting some of you fine folks and sharing info as well as stories.

Nice!

If you're ever up this way look me up. I'll gladly show you around my playground!

Find yourself a good big carpark with few obstructions, and start learning what that bike can do. Practice slow moves and quick stops. Practice hard swerves and gentle turns.

And get out and have fun! Whether you're practising in case some cager jumps a light, or pushing hard through a set of twisties, riding is all about having fun!

thanks for the kind offering. I lived on a moped as my only means of transportation in Hawaii. That was a while ago, but I drive for a living and have noticed that I see more on the road than most folks. I'm never in a hurry to get anywhere (that's just dangerous. If you're running late... you screwed your day up before it started) lol.

thanks for the warm welcome!! That's a good looking bike you got there! I'm a little jealous of them white walls. Is that a 21" on the front? I'm considering one on mine but have been told it's not an easy conversion. Also, your floor boards seem to have a nice angle to them. How is that achieved? Thanks smurfy

Thanks! The front tire is a 17 inch rim, stock for the Aero. The WW tires are what sold me on this particular bike, love the classic look. The floorboards are adjustable, I have no idea what brand they are, they came on the bike. There is a logo "CW" but I haven't been able to find any info on them.
