Let's talk handlebars.

I know from experience that bars are everything in comfort. I plan on riding on 2-4 hour trips and the PO put drag bars on my bike. They seem comfortable enough sitting on it in the garage but not sure how well they will be after the first hour or two.
So I'm just curious as to what some of you guys have found that seems to work well for you.

I'm 6'1" so I can stretch out a bit.
Bonus points for pictures.

Now I haven't rode my bike(1985 honda shadow 1100) for a summer now since I've been facing random ignition problems. but when it did ride, the handlebars feel fantastic and doesn't tire my arms out, But the handlebars were installed by the previous owner. Not sure on the style they are but I'm sure somebody on here can

I have seen it recommended to have the height of the bars sit about level with your elbow and your hands straight for long term comfort.

Not so cool when your hands fall asleep.

10" Chumps on my ace.

Raised them to just below my shoulders and wide enough to keep my fist just outside of my shoulders. Took a 4 hour ride when I put them on, felt like a new bike had zero strain or discomfort. Wish i did them over a decade ago.
