Got this bike bone stock with only 21k miles in 2014 for $500 because it "had electrical problems". It would blow the 30A main fuse every time you turn the ignition on with a fresh fuse in it. Well after bringing it home in a pickup it took me all of 10-15 minutes to diagnose the issue; the previous owner had recently put in a new battery and installed it backwards! I switched the terminals and she fired right up. I immediately ordered and installed a Yoshimura RS-3 full system(stainless), Power Commander V, K&N filter. After riding about 6 months that way I decided to go -1/+2 on the sprockets and get a new chain. A month after that I was given a set of GSXR 1000 cams free, so I threw the 1000 intake cam on my intake side and put my 750 intake cam on the exhaust side. After returning the PCV on the Dyno it made 144 HP at the wheel, not bad for a bike that made 125 HP at the crank stock. It has since seen numerous track days and a TON of tires. Fun is had every time i put the key in that bike!
