Was searching for Aero exhaust mods for a few days now and decided to do this on my 04. Just wasn't a fan of the huge exhaust. So with the help of a good friend, it is now shorter and louder. Mission accomplished!

Currently looking at the Dynojet Kit and K&N Filter to complement the exhaust upgrade. Take care folks.:smile2:

If you mess with the way the engine breathes, you're eventually going to want (or have) to play with the jetting or carb settings. Not sure if this type of mod would result in a necessary re-tune, but any drop in back pressure will usually affect the carb function. Of course there are folks that have swapped out an entire exhaust system and have sworn no re-jet was required - you'd have to go by the plugs and the ride to determine if it's made a big enough impact to warrant it.
