amount of oil
valve clearance spec

need this ASAP since my customer didnt have a service manual and i need to get it done and back to him this coming week.

Oil @ change /w filter is 2.38 qts.

Valve clearance is 0.006" intake and 0.008" exhaust

600 mile maintenance is:

Valve clearance - Inspect
Engine Oil - Replace
Engine Oil Filter - Replace
Idle Speed - Inspect (1200 +/- 100rpm)

Inspect:
Brake system
Clutch system
All nuts, bolts, fasteners
Wheels & Tires
Steering head bearings
