1999 VT1100C3 Aero Ignition System Specifications??

Been tracing down a misfire/dead cylinder problem for the last week on a 99 Aero I just picked up. After going through the entire fuel system, replacing the coils/wires, and plugs I'm rolling down the electrical diag path. I pulled the manual and noticed that there aren't any listed specifications for the 1100C3 coils/wires or pulse generator. The only notes related to the specs "have it tested by a Honda dealer service department equipped with the necessary diagnostic equipment". I've tried searching around online through posts to find the specs I need with no luck. I'm suspecting the pulse generator or possibly the ICM/ wiring issue at this point.

The pulse generators are commonly 450 to 550 ohm range.
The coil by itself about 20,000 ohms secondary, 2 ohms primary.
The wire end caps are 5000 ohm each.
The wires are copper so should have no resistance.
The later bikes show .7 volt for the pulse generator, but you need a DVA adapter to read the fluctuating voltage.

So essentially the specifications are the same as the previous models? and thank you.
