My bike is brand new to me...

The tool kit (and owner's manual) are non-existent.

eBay wants an arm and leg plus another appendage to cover shipping so I'm thinking of cobbling one together out of the tools I already have and supplementing custom bits as needed.

Can anyone give me a detailed list? I expect I'll have all I need and more when I'm at home, it's what I might need on the road that I'd like to cover.

I made my own. 1 crescent wrench big enough for rear axle nut. 1/8" drive ratchet with: 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 18mm (for plugs), nut driver with flat/phillips/metric allens, spark plug, some elec and duct tape wrapped onto a pen, 6' of wire or so, tire plug kit. If I can't fix it on the side of the road I'm in trouble. Got it all from either harbor freight or I already had spares, it stays on the bike at all times.

brand new my 06 came with a reversible phillips/flat head screw driver and that was it.
