So the rear right blinker stays on at all times, but it is dimmed, the right indicator light up near the ignition also stays lit and is dimmed. I know that if the rear blinkers are removed the right indicator light stays lit (in order to inform the operator that the blinker is having issues i assume) however it is not dimmed when that is the case. So I am wondering why the rear right stays lit, but dimmed, when all blinkers are working. Any body have any ideas, also, all other lights are working fine. If anyone could help i would really appreciate it.

I would start by tracing and cleaning all your connections from the switch to that light... and especially all connections to ground, bad grounds can cause things that seem scientifically impossible.

Thanks, I was planning on doing that, but I would like to know if this condition ( right rear blinker and right indicator stuck on but dimmed) happens when a bulb is broken or when something has happened to the system. Just lookin for any other helpful info. thanks

The blown bulb idea is a possibility, I used to have an escort that had a little light that came on to tell me I had a bulb out... so there is some kind of feedback they were using to trigger that. I have also seen 4 way flashers where a front bulb was blown and it made the rear flash opposite the other side and only dimly.
