So I just picked up another persons project an 84 vt700. I have started working on it like getting rid of this insanly large light and starting to work on fab for some forward controls.
My main issue I have is I want to run the left exhaust over to the right but dont know if I can run it behind the motor or not. I havent torn into it enough to really see but I need to figure it out because thats going to detenmine alot of things to come.
I want to clean up the bars get rid of the mirrors and some of the other unnessary items that clutter up the bike.
Basically I need help in knowing the exhaust issue and then ideas as to hiding the tank bolt the controls and some other items.
Please help
