I'm in dire need of the O-ring for the water pipe that goes into the front cylinder on the right side of the bike. I went to the parts store, and they said they couldn't help me. It doesn't look like a standard o-ring, it's wider.

Does anyone know where I can get one of these or have a part number?

I have a 1983 shadow 750 so I know what you are looking at but have never had mine apart yet. The manual just shows "o- rings" with a normal looking ring.
But I saw some pipes on ebay and they are wider type seal rings.
But if push comes to shove and you can't find OEM parts, you may do well with 2 o- rings side by side that are a snug fit in the bore. I would put just a VERY LIGHT smear of silicone sealer to keep it from scrapping and add a little sealing insurance too. Let it sit for a day.
Make sure the bore is clean of all old coolant residue also.
It's only a 13 pound system pressure and new rings should hold well. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the advice, I originally didn't recognize the part on the diagram, but that's what I ended up ordering from the honda dealer. I'll be putting it in this weekend.
