hello everyone,
just picked up a used 85 700vt and rebuilt the carbs. to finish the job I need the proper specs for carb and timing because she running real bad. Please can anyone help? thank you in advance.

Here is a link to the manual for 700 and 750. It should get you the info. you need. But the timing is not adjustable under normal circumstances. The ignition units take care of it electronically.
