So all was well I rode my bike to store got home turned it off. Got back on started it and pulled clutch in to shift into first and bike just leaped out from under me lmao. The clutch has not pull in it. What would cause this?

Leak of clutch hydraulic fluid. No pressure on the system. Look into the master cylinder to see if that is it.
It could be the master won't build pressure too from an internal wear.
If the hydraulics are still fine there is a problem with the clutch assembly mechanically not releasing.
