That's why I said I would put the old solenoid back on. Cant explain the light situation with the new solenoids but if the old one worked fine before killing the battery I don't see any reason to replace it.Ron it looks more like the first one, a bit different it does not have the square box in front but under it, and at the bottom is MR5 2, i was thinking the battery too, but why would the cluster lights and head light go on with the old solenoid but not the new one, (i tried 3 different ones) :-(
